Pins are just the start. You'll also find merchandise and one of a kind handmade pieces. Bring your lanyard, your trade book and a little cash. Our vendors run their own payments, so most take cash plus Venmo, Zelle or cards.
Real pins, real merch
Anything sold as official has to be authentic and licensed. Counterfeits and scrappers are not allowed on the floor.
Handmade and fantasy, clearly marked
Handmade items and custom pins are welcome, always displayed and labeled on their own so you know exactly what you're buying.
Hourly raffles
Drawings happen every hour from noon to 4. Stick around for your chance at a prize.
Family friendly
Admission is $5 and kids 12 and under get in free. Grab a snack and make a day of it.
For Vendors
Grab a table and set up shop.
Pin traders, merchandise sellers and makers with handmade goods are all welcome. Standard tables are 6 feet. A limited number of 8 foot tables are available at a premium. Here's how the day runs.
Vendor Day Schedule
- Load in and setup begins
- Check in deadline. Tables not claimed by now may go to the waitlist without a refund.
- Doors open to the public
- Earliest pack down. No packing before this time.
- Every space packed and cleared, sharp
Your table
Each reservation covers entry and seating for up to two people, with two chairs provided. Extra helpers pay general admission.
Bring a tablecloth
Linens are not provided, and the venue tables show their age. A fitted or draped cloth is strongly recommended.
Tall displays need a heads up
Pegboards, wire grids and backdrop banners go along the perimeter wall. Let us know before table assignments or they won't be allowed in a center spot.
Payments, Wi‑Fi and taxes
You handle your own sales and bring your own change. Free venue Wi‑Fi is available for card readers and price checks, with the password given at check in. Vendors collect and remit their own sales tax.
Merchandise Policy
Real pins. Fair trades.
Authentic pins and merchandise
Pins and merchandise sold as official must be authentic and officially licensed: Disney Parks and classic, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.
Zero tolerance for scrappers
Unauthorized factory seconds, counterfeits and knockoffs passed off as official are strictly prohibited. Organizers may inspect boards and have suspect pins removed on the spot.
Handmade and fantasy items welcome
Handmade goods, custom pins and fan made pieces can be sold when they're displayed separately from licensed items and clearly labeled "Handmade," "Fantasy Pins" or "Custom / Fan Made."
Vendors: help stock the raffle
Donate one authentic carded pin to the attendee raffles and you'll get a ticket in the hourly prize drawing for each pin you give. Totally optional, always appreciated.
Good to Know
Are table fees refundable?
No. All table registration fees are non refundable.
What if I'm running late on event day?
Contact the organizers before 11:45 AM. If you haven't arrived or reached out by then, your table is considered forfeited and may go to a waitlist or walk up vendor.
Can I pack up early?
Packing starts at 3:45 PM at the earliest. Packing sooner gets in the way of shoppers and can affect your eligibility for future events.
Where does my inventory go?
All pins, merchandise, folios, stands and bins stay on top of or directly behind your table. Walkways and emergency aisles have to stay completely clear.
Who is responsible for lost or damaged items?
Neither the organizers nor the venue are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or personal property. Keep high value pins and cash boxes with you at all times.
